Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Ragi Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
  • 2 Big Spoons Curd
  • 2 Chopped Onions
  • 1 Green Chilly
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Garnish with Onions, Coriander and Green Chillies for Taste.

Notes

  1. Mix the Ragi and Rice Flour with the curd and add water to make it a dosa consistency batter.
  2. Set aside for 20- 30 minutes.
  3. Using minimal oil and a non stick pan roll out uttapams and add onions and chillies.
  4. Let them cook till crisp and flip.
