Decoding Nutrition

My roots are from a typical Indian family. I shared the same lifestyle and eating patterns as most of you. Having lived a sedentary life complemented by a genetic inheritance of lifestyle diseases, I was at the far end of the unhealthy spectrum.

A New Approach to Dieting!

After completing my business degree, I began my career and had the good fortune of working with both reputed corporations and several international consulates. After doing the rounds of corporate life for nearly 15 years however, I was prone to stress, and a battery of lifestyle flaws, that left me teetering at the edge of many health problems. A bout of illness was my wake up call. In my quest to look and feel better, I visited several nutritionists, dietitians and doctors, and that was my entry into the world of nutrition. I studied several schools of thought and even pursued this as a full time career, completing a nutrition course from Stanford because I was convinced that a secret to a complete and healthy life, was diet control, lifestyle alteration and a holistic change.

From Monday stems from my belief in simplicity, variety and consistency. It is a philosophy of holistic nutrition and lifestyle alteration that is designed to ensure that within a few months, my clients will easily and independently be able to make the right dietary and lifestyle choices, that they can maintain throughout.

It’s not about JUST a diet plan, it is diet and lifestyle coaching, freeing you from being DEPENDENT on someone else’s expertise for life.

My Philosophy

Where most nutritionists, doctors and dieticians focus on weight loss as the primary component of healthy living; and often charge depending on the ‘biggest loser’ principle, i.e. pay according to kilos lost. My focus is on helping you discover and decipher a sustainable, long term plan for yourself, that takes into account your existing lifestyle, eating and activity habits and even your dietary preferences to come up with a unique, customised solution for you.
