Ragi Uttapam

- 1 Cup Ragi Flour
- 1/4 Cup Rice Flour
- 2 Big Spoons Curd
- 2 Chopped Onions
- 1 Green Chilly
- Salt to Taste
- Mix the Ragi and Rice Flour with the curd and add water to make it a dosa consistency batter.
- Set aside for 20- 30 minutes.
- Using minimal oil and a non stick pan roll out uttapams and add onions and chillies.
- Let them cook till crisp and flip.
