Hail to the Kale

Ingredients
  

  • Curly Kale – 2 stalks
  • Apple juice – 100 ml
  • Ginger – 2 inches
  • Lime juice – 1 tbsp
  • Basil leaves – 3 to 4

Instructions
 

  • De-stalk the Kale and blend it with the rest of the ingredients if using a nutribullet or a grinder.
  • Incase of a slow juicer, juice the apples followed by other ingredients.
  • IN CASE YOU DON’T GET CURLY KALE, USE 100 gms of flat Kale or Spinach.
