Hail to the Kale

- Curly Kale – 2 stalks
- Apple juice – 100 ml
- Ginger – 2 inches
- Lime juice – 1 tbsp
- Basil leaves – 3 to 4
De-stalk the Kale and blend it with the rest of the ingredients if using a nutribullet or a grinder.
Incase of a slow juicer, juice the apples followed by other ingredients.
IN CASE YOU DON’T GET CURLY KALE, USE 100 gms of flat Kale or Spinach.
