Carrot Paratha
Ingredients
- 4 Carrots, grated
- 1 Chilli
- 1/2 Onion
- Salt to Taste
- Whole Wheat Flour to Bind
Instructions
- You can sprinkle a little bit of chaat masala after roasting.
Notes
- Mix all the ingredients and make a firm dough.
- Roll out thin parathas and roast on low flame till brown.
