Sprouts Bhel
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mixed Sprouts
- 1 Small Onion - Diced
- 1 Cup of Diced Tomatoes and Cucumber
- Raw mango - to garnish (Optional)
- Coriander to Garnish
- 1 Spoon Mint or Coriander Chutney
- 2 Spoons Imly Chutney
- Chat Masala to taste
Notes
- Boil or Steam the sprouts until soft.
- Mix all ingredients and garnish with Raw Mango and/or Coriander
- Serve Cold or at room temperature
