Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Mixed Sprouts
  • 1 Small Onion - Diced
  • 1 Cup of Diced Tomatoes and Cucumber
  • Raw mango - to garnish (Optional)
  • Coriander to Garnish
  • 1 Spoon Mint or Coriander Chutney
  • 2 Spoons Imly Chutney
  • Chat Masala to taste

Notes

  1. Boil or Steam the sprouts until soft.
  2. Mix all ingredients and garnish with Raw Mango and/or Coriander
  3. Serve Cold or at room temperature
