Paneer Chilli

Ingredients
  

  • 250 grams of paneer, cut in cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
  • 3 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chili sauce (Asian style)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Stir in the soya sauce, chili sauce and salt into the corn flour mixture
  • Heat oil in a wok or frying pan on high heat add garlic, ginger, chilies, spring onions and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add the bell peppers and sauce on medium heat until tender
  • Once the peppers are tender, stir in the corn flour mixture to the above and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens
  • At this stage stir in the paneer cubes, turn the heat to high and saute for a few minutes until well combined with the sauce
  • Garnish with spring onion leaves and extra green chilies if you like it spicy.
