Stir in the soya sauce, chili sauce and salt into the corn flour mixture
Heat oil in a wok or frying pan on high heat add garlic, ginger, chilies, spring onions and stir-fry for a few seconds. Add the bell peppers and sauce on medium heat until tender
Once the peppers are tender, stir in the corn flour mixture to the above and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens
At this stage stir in the paneer cubes, turn the heat to high and saute for a few minutes until well combined with the sauce
Garnish with spring onion leaves and extra green chilies if you like it spicy.
