Open Face Sandwich
- 2 Slices Protein Bread or Ragi Bread
- ½ Cup Boiled Corn
- ½ Cup Mixed Peppers – Lightly Sauteed in olive oil and Mixed Herbs
- ½ Cup Scrambled Paneer or Tofu (Vegan Version)
- 2-3 Basil Leaves – Finely Chopped
- 1 Tsp Paprika/Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
- 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar/Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Mixed Italian Herbs
- 25 Grams Cheese - Grated
- Mix all the Ingredients except the bread slices & Cheese and let the mixture sit for a few minutes for the flavours to marinate.
- Evenly Spread the mixture on diagonally cut bread slices and top it with grated cheese
- Grill them in an oven or pan roast them with a few drops of olive oil – Serve hot.
