Ingredients
  • 2 Slices Protein Bread or Ragi Bread
  • ½ Cup Boiled Corn
  • ½ Cup Mixed Peppers – Lightly Sauteed in olive oil and Mixed Herbs
  • ½ Cup Scrambled Paneer or Tofu (Vegan Version)
  • 2-3 Basil Leaves – Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Paprika/Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar/Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Mixed Italian Herbs
  • 25 Grams Cheese - Grated

Instructions
  1. Mix all the Ingredients except the bread slices & Cheese and let the mixture sit for a few minutes for the flavours to marinate.
  2. Evenly Spread the mixture on diagonally cut bread slices and top it with grated cheese
  3. Grill them in an oven or pan roast them with a few drops of olive oil – Serve hot.
