Open Face Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Slices Protein Bread or Ragi Bread
  • ½ Cup Boiled Corn
  • ½ Cup Mixed Peppers – Lightly Sauteed in olive oil and Mixed Herbs
  • ½ Cup Scrambled Paneer or Tofu (Vegan Version)
  • 2-3 Basil Leaves – Finely Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Paprika/Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Balsamic Vinegar/Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Mixed Italian Herbs
  • 25 Grams Cheese - Grated

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the Ingredients except the bread slices & Cheese and let the mixture sit for a few minutes for the flavours to marinate.
  • Evenly Spread the mixture on diagonally cut bread slices and top it with grated cheese
  • Grill them in an oven or pan roast them with a few drops of olive oil – Serve hot.
