Kala Chana Kebab
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup boiled kala chana
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium sized onion - diced finely
- 1 inch ginger
- 1/2 cup poha
- 2 tbsp thick yogurt
- handful of coriander
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp chat masala
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Instructions
- Blend everything in a blender except masalas without any water
- Once a smooth consistency is achieved add the masalas
- Mix them and make round tikkis
- Roast them on a skillet with minimal oil
