Indonesian gado gado salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch pieces
  • 2 cups fresh bean sprouts, steamed
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup boiled broccoli and mushroom
  • 1 cup firm tofu
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Peanut dressing 4 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • 2 boiled eggs can be added to replace the tofu
    Paneer can be used instead of tofu but asian flavors taste best with tofu
