
Indonesian gado gado salad
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch pieces
- 2 cups fresh bean sprouts, steamed
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup boiled broccoli and mushroom
- 1 cup firm tofu
- 2 tsp oil
- Peanut dressing 4 tbsp

- 2 boiled eggs can be added to replace the tofuPaneer can be used instead of tofu but asian flavors taste best with tofu
