This popular Indonesian salad lends itself to creativity; nearly any combination of raw and cooked vegetables, along with rice or thin noodles, can be used.

Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch pieces
  2. 2 cups fresh bean sprouts, steamed
  3. 1 cup shredded cabbage
  4. 1 cup boiled broccoli and mushroom
  5. 1 cup firm tofu
  6. 2 tsp oil
  7. Peanut dressing 4 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pan and roast the tofu till it
Notes
  1. 2 boiled eggs can be added to replace the tofu
  2. Paneer can be used instead of tofu but asian flavors taste best with tofu
