Chana Dal Flatbread

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Tsp Chana Dal Soaked Overnight
  • 2 Tsp Rice Flour
  • 2 Tsp Ragi/Jowar Flour
  • 1 Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of Cabbage Grated
  • 1 Sprig of Curry Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • Salt & Chilli to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Serve it with dhania chutney or coconut chutney.

Notes

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make a malleable dough.
  2. Using a plastic sheet or baking paper roll out a flatbread about 1/4 inches thick.
  3. Transfer it on a heated skillet and roast with 1 Tsp Oil.
