Chana Dal Flatbread
- 6 Tsp Chana Dal Soaked Overnight
- 2 Tsp Rice Flour
- 2 Tsp Ragi/Jowar Flour
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Cup of Cabbage Grated
- 1 Sprig of Curry Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Paste
- Salt & Chilli to Taste
- Serve it with dhania chutney or coconut chutney.
- Mix all the ingredients to make a malleable dough.
- Using a plastic sheet or baking paper roll out a flatbread about 1/4 inches thick.
- Transfer it on a heated skillet and roast with 1 Tsp Oil.
