Ingredients
- Pomelo/Grapefruit 1/2 skinned and peeled
- Roasted peanuts 2 tbsp
- Dry Roasted onions 2 tbsp
- Red onions sliced 1/2 pc
- DRESSING:
- Soy sauce 1 tsp
- Honey or Maple Syrup 1 tsp
- Gram Flour – Dry Roasted – 2 Tbsp
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- peanut oil - 1 Tbsp
- spring onion finely chopped 1 sprig for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Peel and deseed the grapefruit. Separate the segments 2. Add all the dry ingredients DRESSING 3. Mix all the INGRIDENTS of the dressing and add to the salad 4. Garnish with spring onions Optional : Garnish of Thai Red Chilly for extra spice and tartness
