Ingredients
  1. 2 spoons soaked chia seeds
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 cup greek yoghurt plain
  4. Fruits of choice
  5. 1/2 spoon cinnamon powder
  6. 2 cups milk or soy milk
  7. 1 spoon brown sugar or honey
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency and consume immediately
Notes
  1. Use frozen berries for a super taste. Ensure that they are sugar free.
