Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 spoons soaked chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt plain
  • Fruits of choice
  • 1/2 spoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 cups milk or soy milk
  • 1 spoon brown sugar or honey

Instructions
 

  • Use frozen berries for a super taste. Ensure that they are sugar free.

Notes

  1. Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency and consume immediately
