Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 spoons soaked chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 cup greek yoghurt plain
- Fruits of choice
- 1/2 spoon cinnamon powder
- 2 cups milk or soy milk
- 1 spoon brown sugar or honey
Instructions
- Use frozen berries for a super taste. Ensure that they are sugar free.
Notes
- Blend all the ingredients to a smooth consistency and consume immediately
