- 2 cups epigamia natural greek yoghurt
- 2 over ripe bananas
- 2 cups strawberries or any fresh berries
- 1 cup soya or almond milk
- 2 spoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Healthy alternative for a dessert. Overripe bananas are one of the best sources for trytophan which regulate serotonin, the happy hormone.
Recipe Notes
- Blend all the ingredients together until a smooth creamy mixture is formed
- freeze this for 30 - 45 minutes in a deep freezer and store it for occasional use as a dessert.
