Berry Frozen Yoghurt

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups epigamia natural greek yoghurt
  • 2 over ripe bananas
  • 2 cups strawberries or any fresh berries
  • 1 cup soya or almond milk
  • 2 spoons honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Healthy alternative for a dessert. Overripe bananas are one of the best sources for trytophan which regulate serotonin, the happy hormone.

Notes

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until a smooth creamy mixture is formed
  2. freeze this for 30 - 45 minutes in a deep freezer and store it for occasional use as a dessert.
