- 1 Cup Urad and Chana Dal Mix Soaked Overnight
- 3/4 Cup Rice Soaked Overnight
- 1 Tsp Ginger
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chilli to Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
- 1 Tsp Green Chilly Finely Chopped
- 2 Tsp Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Grounded Pepper
- Serve Hot with Tomato Chutney.
- Grind all the ingredients except onions and chillies together to form a coarse batter and leave it aside for an hour.
- Using a hot skillet spread a dosa and cook on low flame.
- Sprinkle the Onion and chilli on it and serve.
