- 2 Ripe Tomatoes
- 1 Green Tomato
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp Jalapenos OR
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
- Handful of chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- Roast the bell pepper over fire and set aside after it blackens on surface.
- Grind the Green Tomato without adding water - Set asideChop one ripe tomato into fine pieces
- Roast one ripe tomato and set aside
- Chop the onion into fine pieces.
- Mix all the roasted ingredients in a bowl and add the spices and jalapenos and smash them with back of a spoon to form a liquidy mash - Add the chopped onions and tomato.
- Freeze and use.
