Pomegranate Papaya Bhel
Ingredients
- 1 small Green Papaya Grated
- 1 Large Pomegranate Seeded
- 1/2 Tomato Diced
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Chilly
- 1 Cup Roasted Poha/Kurmura
- 2 Tsp Imli Chutney
- 2 Tsp Roasted Chana or Chana Dal
- Coriander to Garnish
Instructions
- As a prep, grate the papaya and refrigerate it to save time. Also the chilled papaya tastes better.
Notes
- Mix All ingredients to make a bhel.
- Garnish With Coriander & Serve.
