Our GROW program is a 3 month lifestyle building program focused on achieving quantifiable results for driven individuals looking for a lifestyle revamp.

The 3 months plan is designed to imbibe lifestyle changing habits whilst setting a path for health and fitness on an ongoing basis depending on individual goals.

The program is built and improvised over weeks based on the individual progress and needs.

SUSTAIN is till date, our most popular program – We like to see it as a Marathon for driven individuals who are determined to bring about positive health changes to their lifestyle and re-define their habits and belief’s on healthy and wholesome living.

This is a life transforming program that begins on your plate but grows on to the entire circle of life positively impacting the outlook on health, fitness and food.

Over the period of 6 months, we aim to work closely with the client to bring about a deep understanding of food and wellness and help understand myths and realities.

This being a long term growth oriented program, we have it as an open ended program with,

  • Need based 1:1 meetings in person or over video with Coach Amit – We prefer it to be weekly or Bi-Monthly and do not have an upper cap on the number of meetings.
  • Each meeting accompanied with a BCA Analysis on our state of art BCA Machine by Inbody
  • Meal plans for the plan duration that would change post each in person or telephonic follow up
  • Assistance in planning for continuance of the diet while on travel or erratic schedule changes.
  • A detailed nutritional guide with understanding on basics of the program along with tips and tricks to ease into a healthier lifestyle.
