Ten years, one stubborn idea.
Amit Shah trained as a strength coach in the early 2010s, working out of a small studio in Worli. What he kept noticing was that the people doing best weren't the ones training hardest — they were the ones eating sensibly, sleeping enough, and treating their bodies like something to live in for forty more years.
So in 2014 he closed the gym floor and opened a nutrition practice instead. From Monday was built on a single, stubborn idea: that everyday Indians don't need exotic diets, branded supplements or motivational language. They need someone who'll listen carefully, design quietly, and stay close enough to course-correct.
The clients who do best aren't the ones who follow the plan perfectly. They're the ones who never need to start over.
That's the whole philosophy. The rest is just careful, repeated, unglamorous work.
The brief, factual version.
This clinic is built for specific people.
- Working professionals who eat three meals out a week and cook the rest at home.
- Adults in their 40s and 50s noticing weight, energy or sleep slipping.
- People recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes, PCOS, fatty liver or high lipids.
- Parents who want their family to eat better without becoming a nutrition project.
- Anyone tired of being prescribed a diet that ignores how Mumbai actually eats.
