Moroccan Carrot Soup

- 2 Carrots
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Jeera Powder
- 1/2 Dhania Powder
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Saute Onion & Garlic.
- Once Golden Brown, add all masalas and cook.
- Add chopped/grated carrots and tomato and let it cook.
- Blend the mixture to a soupy consistency and bring to boil.
