Moroccan Carrot Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1/2 Dhania Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Serve hot with a Tsp of Olive Oil and Pumpkin Seeds

Notes

  1. Saute Onion & Garlic.
  2. Once Golden Brown, add all masalas and cook.
  3. Add chopped/grated carrots and tomato and let it cook.
  4. Blend the mixture to a soupy consistency and bring to boil.
