Broccoli Paneer Tikki

- Broccoli Florets – Steamed until soft – 1 Cup
- Paneer – Grated – 1 Cup
- Sweet Potato – Boiled and Mashed – 3/4th Cup
- Oats Powder – 2 Tbsp or as needed for binding.
- Salt to taste
- Pepper Powder – 2 Tsp
- Chat Masala – 2 Tsp
- Coriander & Mint – Minced – ¼th Cup
- Garlic (Optional) – Minced – 1 Tsp
Dry Blend the broccoli to get a coarse mixture
Mix together the blended broccoli, sweet potato and paneer
Add all the spices, oats powder, coriander and mint
Mix it all together and make small equal sized balls – flatten them by gently pressing between your palms to get a patty structure.
Heat a pan and slow roast these patties with minimal oil – Alternatively brush them with oil and grill them in an oven or air fryer for 15 mins each side until golden brown.
Serve them with a generous sprinkle of chat masala
