Broccoli Paneer Tikki

Ingredients
  

  • Broccoli Florets – Steamed until soft – 1 Cup
  • Paneer – Grated – 1 Cup
  • Sweet Potato – Boiled and Mashed – 3/4th Cup
  • Oats Powder – 2 Tbsp or as needed for binding.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper Powder – 2 Tsp
  • Chat Masala – 2 Tsp
  • Coriander & Mint – Minced – ¼th Cup
  • Garlic (Optional) – Minced – 1 Tsp

Instructions
 

  • Dry Blend the broccoli to get a coarse mixture
  • Mix together the blended broccoli, sweet potato and paneer
  • Add all the spices, oats powder, coriander and mint
  • Mix it all together and make small equal sized balls – flatten them by gently pressing between your palms to get a patty structure.
  • Heat a pan and slow roast these patties with minimal oil – Alternatively brush them with oil and grill them in an oven or air fryer for 15 mins each side until golden brown.
  • Serve them with a generous sprinkle of chat masala
