Ingredients
  • Broccoli Florets – Steamed until soft – 1 Cup
  • Paneer – Grated – 1 Cup
  • Sweet Potato – Boiled and Mashed – 3/4th Cup
  • Oats Powder – 2 Tbsp or as needed for binding.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper Powder – 2 Tsp
  • Chat Masala – 2 Tsp
  • Coriander & Mint – Minced – ¼th Cup
  • Garlic (Optional) – Minced – 1 Tsp

Instructions
  1. Dry Blend the broccoli to get a coarse mixture
  2. Mix together the blended broccoli, sweet potato and paneer
  3. Add all the spices, oats powder, coriander and mint
  4. Mix it all together and make small equal sized balls – flatten them by gently pressing between your palms to get a patty structure.
  5. Heat a pan and slow roast these patties with minimal oil – Alternatively brush them with oil and grill them in an oven or air fryer for 15 mins each side until golden brown.
  6. Serve them with a generous sprinkle of chat masala
