Sprouts Pav Bhaji

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Moong Sprouts
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Diced Tomato
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum
- 1 Cup Mixed Boiled Vegetables ( Peas, Carrot, French Beans)
- 1 Small Boiled Potato
- 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chilli Powder to Taste
- Coriander to Garnish

Instructions
- If you have been very good this week, you can add a Tsp of Butter. Serve it with whole wheat bread or brown rice.
Recipe Notes
- Saute the Onion and add the garlic paste once they sweat.
- Add the tomatoes and capsicum and let it cook.
- Add the pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder.
- Add mixed vegetables, Potato and moong sprouts and mash it all together using a potato masher - Add a little water and let it cook.
