Sprouts Pav Bhaji

  • 1 Cup Moong Sprouts
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Capsicum
  • 1 Cup Mixed Boiled Vegetables ( Peas, Carrot, French Beans)
  • 1 Small Boiled Potato
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • Salt to Taste
  • Red Chilli Powder to Taste
  • Coriander to Garnish


  • If you have been very good this week, you can add a Tsp of Butter.
    Serve it with whole wheat bread or brown rice.


  1. Saute the Onion and add the garlic paste once they sweat.
  2. Add the tomatoes and capsicum and let it cook.
  3. Add the pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder.
  4. Add mixed vegetables, Potato and moong sprouts and mash it all together using a potato masher - Add a little water and let it cook.
