Spinach Thalipeeth

- 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour
- 1/2 Cup Jowar Flour
- 1/4 Cup Besan
- 1 Cup Chopped Spinach
- 1/2 Onion Fine Chopped
- 1 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 Tsp Ajwain
- 1 Tsp pepper/cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and start kneading with lukewarm water to form a wet but not a sticky dough.
- Cover a Flat surface with plastic and with greased hands divide the dough into equal parts. Use one of it to flatten it out a 1/4 th inch thick pan cake using your hands. punch in a few holes in the centre.
- Lift the thalipeeth with plastic and turn it over on a heated non stick skillet. Add some oil to cook it well on both sides.
- Cook well till you have browns on both sides. Serve with Garlic/Mint chutney
