Mix all ingredients in a bowl and start kneading with lukewarm water to form a wet but not a sticky dough.
Cover a Flat surface with plastic and with greased hands divide the dough into equal parts. Use one of it to flatten it out a 1/4 th inch thick pan cake using your hands. punch in a few holes in the centre.
Lift the thalipeeth with plastic and turn it over on a heated non stick skillet. Add some oil to cook it well on both sides.
Cook well till you have browns on both sides. Serve with Garlic/Mint chutney
