- 1 Cup Oats Flour (Finely Ground Regular Oats)
- 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Fine Chopped Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Spring Onions
- Green Chilly to Taste
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tsp Eno Powder (Optional)
- Oregano and Basil Mix
- Serve with ketchup or mint chutney. Serve Hot
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with 1 cup water except the Eno.
- Just before making the pancakes sprinkle the eno on the mixture and top it with 2 Tsp of Water.
- Once you see bubbles forming whisk it and the mixture is ready for making pancakes.
