Savoury Pancakes

  • 1 Cup Oats Flour (Finely Ground Regular Oats)
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Carrot
  • 1/2 Cup Fine Chopped Spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Spring Onions
  • Green Chilly to Taste
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 Tsp Eno Powder (Optional)
  • Oregano and Basil Mix


  • Serve with ketchup or mint chutney. Serve Hot


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with 1 cup water except the Eno.
  2. Just before making the pancakes sprinkle the eno on the mixture and top it with 2 Tsp of Water.
  3. Once you see bubbles forming whisk it and the mixture is ready for making pancakes.
