  • 2 Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 Green Tomato
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Jalapenos OR
  • 1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • Handful of chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice


  1. Roast the bell pepper over fire and set aside after it blackens on surface.
  2. Grind the Green Tomato without adding water - Set asideChop one ripe tomato into fine pieces
  3. Roast one ripe tomato and set aside
  4. Chop the onion into fine pieces.
  5. Mix all the roasted ingredients in a bowl and add the spices and jalapenos and smash them with back of a spoon to form a liquidy mash - Add the chopped onions and tomato.
  6. Freeze and use.
