    Ingredients
    • 1 small Green Papaya Grated
    • 1 Large Pomegranate Seeded
    • 1/2 Tomato Diced
    • 1/2 Onion
    • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
    • 1 Tsp Chaat Masala
    • 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Chilly
    • 1 Cup Roasted Poha/Kurmura
    • 2 Tsp Imli Chutney
    • 2 Tsp Roasted Chana or Chana Dal
    • Coriander to Garnish
    Instructions
    1. As a prep, grate the papaya and refrigerate it to save time. Also the chilled papaya tastes better.

    1. Mix All ingredients to make a bhel.
    2. Garnish With Coriander & Serve.
