Moong Dal Chilla
1/2 Cup Moong Dal Soaked Overnight
1 Spoon Coriander Seeds
1/2 Spoon Fennel Seeds
Chilli to Taste
Salt to Taste
1/2 Spoon Turmeric
Garnish with Onions, Coriander and Green Chilly for Taste.
Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste – consistency of dosa batter
Use minimal oil and make fine creps/ dosa on a non stick pan.
