    • 2 Cups Boiled Chole
    • 50 gms Tofu
    • 1/2 Cup Parsley
    • 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
    • 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Chilly
    • 2 Tsp Zatar Spice
    • 1 Tsp Sumac
    • 1 Tsp Pepper
    • 1 Tsp Pine Nuts
    • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
    • Salt to Taste
    • 2 Tsp Olive Oil to Roast
    • 1 Cup Hummus
    • 1 Cup Boiled Veggies
    1. Replacements Zatar Spice – Chaat Masala Sumac – Lemon Juice Parsley – Coriander
    Recipe Notes
    1. Mix all the spices, parsley, onion, chole and tofu together and add lemon juice.
    2. Mash it all to make a firm dough and divide it equally to make small flat falafel balls.
    3. Roast these balls on a pre heated tava using oil and roast them till brown on both sides and keep them aside.
    4. In a plate/ bowl, spread the hummus and place the falafel balls in the centre.
    5. Spread the boiled veggies around it and sprinkle Pine nuts and serve
