  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 Carrot – Shredded or Julienned
  • Purple cabbage – Chopped
  • 1 Cucumber – Julienned
  • 1 Cup. Hummus as per Recipe
  • Healthy Tortilla as per recipe or Thai Rice Paper for wrap


  1. Spread the hummus on the Healthy tortilla or Rice Paper
  2. Spread all the veggies evenly
  3. Roll Tightly and serve with the Indonesian Peanut Sauce
