Mushroom Spinach Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • 100 Gms Mushrooms- Sliced
  • 1 Small Onion - Diced fine
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic - diced fine
  • 2 Cups Spinach - coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup boiled sweet Corn
  • 2 Healthy tortillas - From Recipes
  • Salt Pepper to Taste
  • 1/2 Cube Cheese - Grated

Notes

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and cook the onions until transparent
  2. Add the garlic and mushrooms
  3. Once the mushrooms are cooked, add the spinach and saute for 2-3 minutes..add the boiled sweet corn
  4. Season with Salt and Pepper
  5. Add this mixture to your healthy tortillas and make a roll with some grated cheese - These are ready to eat - Alternatively, you could roast the roll lightly for a crunch.
  6. Serve Hot
