Moong Dal Chilla
- 1/2 Cup Moong Dal Soaked Overnight
- 1 Spoon Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 Spoon Fennel Seeds
- Chilli to Taste
- Salt to Taste
- 1/2 Spoon Turmeric
- Garnish with Onions, Coriander and Green Chilly for Taste.
- Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste - consistency of dosa batter
- Use minimal oil and make fine creps/ dosa on a non stick pan.
