Moong Dal Chilla

  • 1/2 Cup Moong Dal Soaked Overnight
  • 1 Spoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1/2 Spoon Fennel Seeds
  • Chilli to Taste
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1/2 Spoon Turmeric


  • Garnish with Onions, Coriander and Green Chilly for Taste.


  1. Grind all the ingredients into a smooth paste - consistency of dosa batter
  2. Use minimal oil and make fine creps/ dosa on a non stick pan.
