Masala Idli

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Idlis
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup Capsicum
  • 1 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 Cup Shredded Carrot
  • 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • Salt to Taste
  • Red Chilli Powder to Taste
  • Coriander to Garnish

Notes

  1. Saute the onion and add the garlic paste once they begin to sweat.
  2. Add the tomatoes, capsicum, cabbage and carrot and let it cook.
  3. Add the pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder.
  4. Cut the idli into small pieces and toss them in
