- 2 Idlis
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
- 1/2 Cup Diced Tomato
- 1/2 Cup Capsicum
- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
- 1 Cup Shredded Carrot
- 2 Tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- Salt to Taste
- Red Chilli Powder to Taste
- Coriander to Garnish
- Saute the onion and add the garlic paste once they begin to sweat.
- Add the tomatoes, capsicum, cabbage and carrot and let it cook.
- Add the pav bhaji masala and red chilli powder.
- Cut the idli into small pieces and toss them in
- Garnish with Coriander.
