Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bowl Soaked Kurmura
  • 1 Bowl Chopped Veggies (Cabbage, Capsicum, Grated Carrot)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Spoons Peanut - Grounded Coarsely
  • 2 Spoons Gram - Grounded Coarsely
  • Coriander
  • Chilly

Instructions
 

  • You may use 1/2 spoon of sugar and lemon to give it more flavor.
    This needs to be cooked like poha.

Notes

  1. Saute Onion till golden brown.
  2. Add all veggies and let them semi cook till soft.
  3. Add soaked kurmura, turmeric and salt and mix well.
  4. Top it with grounded peanuts and gram powder and serve.
