- 1 Bowl Soaked Kurmura
- 1 Bowl Chopped Veggies (Cabbage, Capsicum, Grated Carrot)
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Spoons Peanut - Grounded Coarsely
- 2 Spoons Gram - Grounded Coarsely
- Coriander
- Chilly
You may use 1/2 spoon of sugar and lemon to give it more flavor.This needs to be cooked like poha.
- Saute Onion till golden brown.
- Add all veggies and let them semi cook till soft.
- Add soaked kurmura, turmeric and salt and mix well.
- Top it with grounded peanuts and gram powder and serve.
