Kala Chana Kebab

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup boiled kala chana
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium sized onion - diced finely
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 cup poha
  • 2 tbsp thick yogurt
  • handful of coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything in a blender except masalas without any water
  • Once a smooth consistency is achieved add the masalas
  • Mix them and make round tikkis
  • Roast them on a skillet with minimal oil
