Hummus Amit Shah
- 2 Cups Boiled Chole
- 3 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 4 tsp Pine Nuts
- 3 Tsp Olive Oil
- Pinch of Jeera Powder
- Pinch of Pepper
- Salt to Taste
- Juice of one full lemon
If you have Zatar spice, use it instead of Jeera Powder.Hummus can be easily stored in the refrigerator for 10-15 days and even longer if frozen.
- Roast the Sesame Seeds and Pine Nuts without any oil and grind them to a fine powder.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to the powder and blend them to a thick paste with a smooth consistency.
- You may add a little water to get the right consistency.
