Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Boiled Chole
  • 3 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 4 tsp Pine Nuts
  • 3 Tsp Olive Oil
  • Pinch of Jeera Powder
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Salt to Taste
  • Juice of one full lemon

Instructions
 

  • If you have Zatar spice, use it instead of Jeera Powder.
    Hummus can be easily stored in the refrigerator for 10-15 days and even longer if frozen.

Notes

  1. Roast the Sesame Seeds and Pine Nuts without any oil and grind them to a fine powder.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients to the powder and blend them to a thick paste with a smooth consistency.
  3. You may add a little water to get the right consistency.
