Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Masoor ( Saboot)
  • 1 Cup Mixed Veggies of Choice
  • 1 Onion - Finely Chopped
  • Fresh ground pepper - 1 tsp
  • 1 Bayleaf
  • Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Cups Veg Broth or Water
  • 2 Spoons Coconut Milk

Notes

  1. In a pressure pan, heat some oil and add bay leaf and onions
  2. Once the onions are transparent, add the remaining ingredients and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  3. Release the pressure and stir well.
  4. Stir in the coconut milk and serve.
