Ingredients
  1. 1/2 Cup Masoor ( Saboot)
  2. 1 Cup Mixed Veggies of Choice
  3. 1 Onion - Finely Chopped
  4. Fresh ground pepper - 1 tsp
  5. 1 Bayleaf
  6. Italian seasoning - 2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 Cups Veg Broth or Water
  9. 2 Spoons Coconut Milk
Instructions
  1. In a pressure pan, heat some oil and add bay leaf and onions
  2. Once the onions are transparent, add the remaining ingredients and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  3. Release the pressure and stir well.
  4. Stir in the coconut milk and serve.
