Healthy Tortilla

  • 1 cup finely ground oats atta
  • 1/2 cup maize flour
  • 3/4 cup wheat flour
  • Milk to bind
  • Salt to taste


  • Prepare the tortilla in advance for a faster cook for the main dish.


  1. Make a roti dough using all the ingredients and roll out thin chapatis
  2. Roast them over a low flame and keep them ready for a mexican meal - burrito or quesadilla
