Guacamole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Bunch of Coriander
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Green Chilly
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Avocado should be used immediately after chopping.
    Guacamole is best made minutes before meal time.

Notes

  1. De-seed the avocado and separate the pulp.
  2. Squeeze 1 Full Lemon into it and add chopped Onion, Tomato, Chilli and Coriander.
  3. Add salt, pepper and Olive Oil
  4. Mix Well to make a buttery consistency.
