Guacamole Amit Shah
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Onion
- Bunch of Coriander
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Green Chilly
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Avocado should be used immediately after chopping.Guacamole is best made minutes before meal time.
- De-seed the avocado and separate the pulp.
- Squeeze 1 Full Lemon into it and add chopped Onion, Tomato, Chilli and Coriander.
- Add salt, pepper and Olive Oil
- Mix Well to make a buttery consistency.
