Ginger Sesame Steamed Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot
  • 1 Table Black Sesame Seeds - Roasted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Raw Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cut fresh green beans (2-inch pieces) - Steamed
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets - Steamed
  • 6-8 fresh spinach leaves – Baby Spinach works better
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts
  • Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro and julienned fresh gingerroot

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients together -Just before serving, sprinkle with peanuts, cilantro and julienned ginger.
