Ginger Sesame Steamed Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 1.5 teaspoons grated fresh gingerroot
- 1 Table Black Sesame Seeds - Roasted
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 0.5 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 0.5 teaspoon Raw Brown Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cut fresh green beans (2-inch pieces) - Steamed
- 1 cup fresh broccoli florets - Steamed
- 6-8 fresh spinach leaves – Baby Spinach works better
- 1/4 cup finely chopped unsalted dry roasted peanuts
- Coarsely chopped fresh cilantro and julienned fresh gingerroot
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together -Just before serving, sprinkle with peanuts, cilantro and julienned ginger.
