Falafel Veg Bowl

- 2 Cups Boiled Chole
- 50 gms Tofu
- 1/2 Cup Parsley
- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Chilly
- 2 Tsp Zatar Spice
- 1 Tsp Sumac
- 1 Tsp Pepper
- 1 Tsp Pine Nuts
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to Taste
- 2 Tsp Olive Oil to Roast
- 1 Cup Hummus
- 1 Cup Boiled Veggies
ReplacementsZatar Spice - Chaat MasalaSumac - Lemon JuiceParsley - Coriander
- Mix all the spices, parsley, onion, chole and tofu together and add lemon juice.
- Mash it all to make a firm dough and divide it equally to make small flat falafel balls.
- Roast these balls on a pre heated tava using oil and roast them till brown on both sides and keep them aside.
- In a plate/ bowl, spread the hummus and place the falafel balls in the centre.
- Spread the boiled veggies around it and sprinkle Pine nuts and serve
