    Health Coach

    Amit, after being a part of corporate rigmarole and a highly successful career in foreign trade and diplomatic relations, decided to leave the mundane to be a tribe of world healers and seekers. In this journey, he learnt the first step towards anything with a higher purpose starts with a clear mind which can only be achieved from a clean body. This is where his quest for Nutrition and Holistic eating begun.

    Having formally studied as a Health Coach from Integrative Institute of Nutrition in New York, Amit also holds a Nutrition Foundation Qualification from the prestigious Stanford University. His research and studies have made him travel the world over seeking knowledge and understanding from alternative therapists and healers from different parts of the world.

    His quest for knowledge takes him on a journey seeking learning that is offbeat and ancient but profound and he is at all times exploring and debating diet and nutrition theories with experts, scholars and academicians from different walks of life and practises. His interests range from Chinese medicine to Ayurveda, Plant Medicine and Holistic healing which includes Yoga, Meditation and Spiritual understanding of the purpose of life.

    His areas of interest in Nutrition counselling are multi-fold with a high focus on using food to heal the body from hormonal and emotional imbalances and to aide in healing of chronic illnesses by providing a system that enhances the natural healing capacities of the body. He currently serves clients from Mumbai, Bengaluru & Dubai.

    He works compassionately with Trauma care and Cancer patients to Navigate through the complex times of Chemo and Surgery whilst having a thriving practise of working with driven individuals who wish to get off prescription medicine for lifestyle disorders and mental health conditions.
